Position Title: Sales Director – Valves. Reporting Line:Reports to: Vice President – Energy Business Unit Matrix coordination with: Valve Manufacturing Facility Operations Manager. Role Purpose:The Sales Director – Valves is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability of the Valves business within the Energy Business Unit. The role leads all marketing, sales, commercial and business development activities for major valves (including Ball, Plug, and Control Valves), playing the key role in defining the Valves commercial strategy, and go-to-market approaches, while capitalizing on localization opportunities. The position has full accountability for order intake, revenue, margins, and customer relationships, while working in close coordination with operation teams and Technical Partners. Industries & Applications:Primary Focus: O&G, Petrochemical, Power & Energy, and Maritime. Secondary Exposure: Water applications. Geographical area:KSA. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Growth. Commercial & Profit Management. Business Development & Market Expansion, including key accounts and end-user approvals. Leadership, Team Capability Development & Cross-Functional Coordination. Technical Partners’ Relationship Management. Planning, Reporting & Governance. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.10–15+ years of experience in valves sales within manufacturing or OEM environments. Proven experience in Ball, Plug, and/or Control Valves. Strong track record in KSA / Middle East project markets. Demonstrated success in EPC, end-user, and key account sales.
