Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam for a dedicated Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating children's developmental and occupational needs, designing tailored intervention plans, and providing therapy sessions to enhance daily living and motor skills. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, engage with parents to provide guidance, track progress, and adjust treatment plans to align with each child's growth and abilities.
Qualifications
Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices, particularly in pediatric care and therapy strategies. Foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pediatrics to assess and address developmental needs effectively. Strong Communication skills to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and to explain therapy plans clearly. Proven ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of children with developmental challenges. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field. Experience in working with children with special needs is highly desirable. Empathetic, patient, and committed, with a passion for helping children unlock their full potential.
