Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee facility management projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, preferably with the Royal Commission and within hospital environments. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for facility management projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and procedures related to facility management. Build and maintain relationships with clients, enhancing satisfaction and project success. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-effectiveness within facility operations. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Project Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in facility management, with a preference for experience with the Royal Commission and in hospital settings. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of facility management principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
