Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. The ideal candidate will be experienced in identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and supporting hiring managers in fulfilling workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems. Conduct reference checks and support onboarding. Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Strong communication and organizational skills.
