Welding Demonstrator – Job Summary Provide technical and application support to the Sales team to drive growth of the ESAB product portfolio. The role is responsible for conducting welding demonstrations (filler metals and equipment), handling quality-related technical investigations, supporting application development at key customers and projects, and delivering welding process and equipment training to end users within Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region, primarily in Africa Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site welding demonstrations for end users across KSAPerform practical investigations and support resolution of quality complaints (filler metals and equipment) Support application development at key customers and projects Deliver welding process and equipment training to end users and in-house teams Coordinate with technical, sales, product management, and process center teams Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge to ensure high-quality demonstrations and training Equipment includes manual and automated systems: SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SAW, and Plasma.
Qualifications & Requirements Education Minimum degree qualification required. Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience of welding processes and applications Should have mandatory process welding skills in SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW, SAW, and Plasma Valid local driving license in Saudi Arabia Experience4–5 years of welding-related experience, preferably in the Middle East and/or Africa Mobility Willingness to travel within the MEA region. Language Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
