Core Responsibilities Teaching & Curriculum: Develop lesson plans, syllabi, and teaching materials; deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials; use various platforms (online/in-person). Student Support: Mentor students, provide academic advising, hold office hours, and give constructive feedback on assignments and projects. Assessment: Prepare, administer, and grade exams, quizzes, assignments, and dissertations. Research: Conduct original research, publish findings in journals or books, and present at conferences. Administrative & Departmental Duties Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and committees. Manage course administration, including records and reports. Collaborate with colleagues on teaching and research initiatives. Professional Development Stay updated on developments in their subject area. Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences.
