We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Laser Programmer to join our Production team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will play a critical role in programming, optimizing, and supervising CNC Fiber Laser cutting operations to ensure high productivity, precision, and quality standards.

???? Job Summary

The Laser Programmer is responsible for creating, validating, and optimizing CNC programs for Fiber Laser cutting machines. This role requires close coordination with the design and production teams, supervision of machine operators, and continuous monitoring of machine parameters to achieve maximum cutting quality and production efficiency.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and optimize CNC programs for Fiber Laser cutting machines.
• Coordinate with design engineers and production management to review drawings and validate cutting programs.
• Supervise laser machine operators to ensure proper execution of programs and safe machine operation.
• Optimize nesting layouts to minimize material waste and maximize productivity.
• Adjust and fine-tune machine parameters (speed, power, gas pressure, focus, etc.) to ensure high-quality cuts.
• Prepare and manage requests for spare parts and consumables required for laser machine operation.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot cutting quality issues.
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in laser cutting operations.

???? Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in CNC Fiber Laser machine programming.
• Strong hands-on experience with nesting and programming software such as Lantek, CypCut, and Sigma NEST.
• Excellent knowledge of laser cutting parameters, materials, and optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding of laser machine spare parts and consumables (nozzles, lenses, ceramic rings, protective windows, etc.).
• Experience in bending machine programming is considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.

• Proficiency in Lantek, CypCut, Sigma NEST (mandatory).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SolidWorks (preferred).
• Familiarity with Delem bending systems (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team supervision skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory.
