We are seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor to lead frontline teams at Ghazala Mine. The role is accountable for safe, efficient, and cost‑effective operations, ensuring production, maintenance, and quality targets are consistently met.

• Lead and supervise operational teams to achieve safety, production, and cost targets
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and operational procedures
• Manage performance, training, and career development of team members
• Oversee maintenance activities and emergency corrective actions
• Build effective relationships with managers, peers, and service providers

Skills

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or relevant field)
• 7+ years’ experience in mining/production operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, team management, and reporting skills
• Solid maintenance background and daily operational experience
• In‑depth knowledge of HSE practices and work permit procedures
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, corrective actions, and project/shutdown management

Preferred:

• Prior experience with SABIC, Ma’aden, or Aramco
• Availability in KSA
