- Molding Process: Pour chocolate into molds and prepare it for cooling.
- Filling: Assist in accurately placing various fillings inside the pieces.
- Tool Cleanliness: Pay close attention to the cleanliness of the molds and dry them properly to ensure product quality.
- Initial Packaging: Sort the intact pieces and package them manually or with simple machines.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: At least one year in confectionery labs or chocolate factories.
- Basic Understanding: Basic knowledge of temperatures and how to maintain the shine of chocolate.
- Precision: Full adherence to health standards (wearing gloves and head coverings).
