3. Collaborate with service advisors to understand customer concerns and provide expert recommendations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust in our services.
4. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles to identify potential electrical issues before they escalate, contributing to the longevity and reliability of the vehicles.

6. Support team members and contribute to continuous improvement (Kaizen).
