Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Facility Engineer (FM Engineer) to manage and oversee facility management operations, ensuring efficient maintenance, compliance with technical standards, and continuous improvement of facility performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop facility management plans and strategies.
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with engineering, technical, and safety standards.
- Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical systems and building services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth facility operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Saudi Nationality (Mandatory) – as per client requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management with a recognized FM company.
- Strong knowledge of Facility Management systems (FM software / CMMS) and computer applications.
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems in high-rise buildings.
- Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
