- Source, evaluate, and select approved suppliers.
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Issue and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the IT department and finance team.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports.
- Ensure all purchased items meet required technical specifications.
