Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage civil, architectural, refurbishment, and renovation works. Inspect and maintain concrete structures, buildings, and related civil components. Analyze technical and site issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Oversee contractors and site teams to ensure works are executed according to specifications and schedules. Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and workmanship on site. Coordinate with internal teams, supervisors, and subcontractors. Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates. Provide technical guidance and on-site support to supervision teams. Ensure proper use of materials and adherence to approved construction methods.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Experience range:Senior Civil Engineer: 10–12 years of experience in civil works, refurbishment, and structural maintenance. Civil Engineer: 5–10 years of experience in civil, architectural, and building maintenance works. Strong knowledge of concrete structures, civil works, and building maintenance. Proven experience in site supervision and contractor management. Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and coordination skills.
