We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager (Real Estate Sector) with a background in real estate marketing and digital transformation expertise to help us forge impactful collaborations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with real estate developers, marketing agencies, and digital innovation companies.
- Drive collaborations that bring immersive technologies (AR/VR, metaverse, digital twins) into the real estate sector.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders such as property developers, real estate consultants, and marketing firms.
- Analyze market trends in real estate marketing and digital innovation to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the negotiation and execution of agreements, MoUs, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with internal creative, technical, and business teams to deliver successful partnership-led projects.
- Represent Narsun Studios at real estate expos, marketing forums, and digital transformation conferences to promote solutions and build connections.
- Contribute to achieving business growth targets through strategic collaborations in real estate marketing and digital innovation.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or marketing within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing dynamics, including digital channels, brand activations, and customer engagement.
- Exposure to digital transformation technologies (AR/VR, metaverse, proptech, digital platforms).
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships and deliver measurable results.
- Strong industry network within real estate and digital innovation ecosystems is a plus.
