Job Purpose The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with departmental and business objectives. The role involves strategic planning, operational execution, sourcing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective marketing initiatives that support business growth across all entities.
Core Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and promote the company’s products and services across various markets. Align marketing initiatives with the department-specific strategy and overall business goals. Campaign Execution Execute marketing plans through campaigns, events, digital platforms, and content development. Ensure timely, high-quality, and effective delivery of all marketing activities. Brand & Compliance Management Oversee marketing activities across multiple entities to ensure alignment with brand standards. Ensure all marketing materials comply with internal policies, brand guidelines, and applicable regulatory or legal requirements. Maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels. Marketing Assets & Platforms Manage, update, and maintain marketing assets on internal and external portals. Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and availability at all times. Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the sales team and other entities to identify marketing needs. Support sales initiatives through the development of marketing collateral and platforms that enable business development. Vendor & Cost Management Source and manage third-party vendors and agencies for marketing services. Demonstrate awareness of market service costs and manage outsourcing efficiently and cost-effectively. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned, as required to support business needs.
Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and campaign execution. Experience working with external vendors and service providers. Knowledge of market pricing and service costs. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Special Notes Ability to travel inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Familiarity with outsourcing marketing services to third-party providers.
