Job Description
The Inspector – Architect role demands a high level of expertise and commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in architectural projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Conducting rigorous field inspections to ensure strict adherence to quality standards, performance metrics, specifications, and code requirements. Meticulously maintaining comprehensive inspection records and diligently tracking quality assurance progress. Actively engaging in critical processes including punch lists, testing procedures, and commissioning activities. Providing essential input for the development of area and equipment turnover documentation. Mentoring and guiding entry-level employees to uphold the highest professional standards in architectural inspection practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and inspection. Thorough knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in architectural software and CAD programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Valid architectural license or certification may be required. Experience with construction site inspections and quality assurance processes is highly desirable. Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications.
