Position Summary:

Yellow Ball is a developing sport business in Riyadh. We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales and Operations Associate. This role combines in-store sales excellence with digital commerce management, requiring someone passionate about sports, eager to learn about tennis and padel equipment, and skilled at building relationships with diverse customers while managing our online presence. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients, qualify needs, and recommend gear by level, style, and budget.
• Develop deep product knowledge across tennis, padel, and other sports equipment categories
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on equipment features, benefits, and proper usage
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleaniness/presentation
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock 
• Prepare sales reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Support operational tasks as assigned
• Manage and update online store platforms (product listings, pricing, inventory, fulfillment)
• Support small events 

Education:

High school diploma or  higher.

Languages:

• English: fluent (required)
• Arabic: strong plus

• Good English communication skills (spoken and basic written)
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Comfortable navigating digital platforms and social media  
• Takes initiative and works independently when needed
• Honest, punctual, and responsible
• Eligible for full-time legal employment in Saudi Arabia
• Weekend availability needed.
