As SDR Team Leader, you will lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) — the engine driving our top-of-funnel growth. Your mission is to ensure a steady flow of high-quality demos and qualified leads for our sales teams by combining hands-on coaching, data-driven optimization, and strong collaboration with marketing and sales
1. Team Leadership & Coaching
● Manage and motivate the SDR team to achieve and exceed demo booking and completion targets.
● Conduct weekly coaching sessions focused on discovery, objection handling, and qualification.
● Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs, ensuring consistent productivity and alignment with company sales playbook.
● Develop SDR career paths and maintain a positive, high-performance culture.
2. Performance & Process Optimization
● Track SDR metrics (calls, emails, connect rate, demos booked, show rate, conversion to opportunity).
● Continuously optimize scripts, sequences, and outreach workflows to improve engagement and conversion.
● Maintain a structured feedback loop with the Sales Operations Specialist to enhance lead scoring, routing, and data hygiene.
● Work with Marketing to ensure balanced lead volume and campaign alignment across Enterprise and SME funnels.
3. Lead Generation & Data Readiness
● Own the outbound lead generation process to ensure SDRs always have sufficient, high-quality accounts and contacts to work from.
● Build and maintain target lists per segment and region using enrichment tools and AI agents.
● Monitor data coverage, bounce rates, and ICP fit to guarantee outbound efficiency.
4. Collaboration & Alignment
● Collaborate with Sales Ops to automate enrichment and maintain CRM data integrity.
● Partner with Marketing to balance inbound and outbound volumes and to refine targeting based on conversion trends.
● Ensure seamless lead handoff to Account Executives with complete qualification details and context.
● Collaborate with Sales Managers for Enterprise and SME segments to align coverage, territories, and priorities.
● Share weekly funnel insights and recommendations to leadership on SDR productivity and market trends.
5. AI & Automation Enablement
● Design and manage AI agents to assist with prospecting, list building, data enrichment, and outreach personalization.
● Continuously improve AI playbooks and prompts to enhance accuracy, tone, and conversion performance.
● Integrate AI output into HubSpot workflows for task assignment, contact creation, and activity tracking.
● Evaluate and adopt new tools that improve speed, targeting, and SDR capacity, ensuring compliance with PDPL and Company internal AI use policy.
● Train SDRs to use AI responsibly and effectively, balancing automation with human connection.
Skills
What background do I need for this job?
● Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales is highly preferred.
● 3+ years of experience as an SDR Team Lead (or similar role), managing at least 3-5 SDRs.
● Proven track record of improving SDR performance and meeting/exceeding demo booking targets.
● Strong experience with sales tools like HubSpot (preferred), CRM automation, and sales reporting.
● Ability to analyze sales data, optimize conversion rates, and refine outreach strategies.
● Strong organizational and communication skills.
● Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
