Job Summary
A Senior Project Sales Engineer is required to manage project-based sales in Saudi Arabia across Housing, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and large MEP projects. The role combines technical expertise in LV/MV and power solutions with strong commercial skills to drive opportunities from early stakeholder engagement through tendering, negotiation, and handover to execution teams. Strong knowledge of MEP power systems, utility coordination, authority compliance, and solid industry networking is essential. Experience with electricity or utility companies is highly preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants stakeholders to generate and convert opportunities. Manage the full project sales cycle: opportunity identification, qualification, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing. Coordinate with engineering, and project teams. Support contract discussions, payment terms, and variations/change orders (where applicable), ensuring effective handover to project delivery teams. Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting. Monitor project announcements, authority requirements, competitor activity, and market pricing to improve positioning and win rates in government projects and major construction accounts. Apply electricity/utility sector experience to support development and construction projects involving power requirements, standards, and infrastructure interfaces.

Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical is a must) Proven experience in project sales / sales engineering within construction, real estate, and development (Hotels/Hospitals,… ect) projects. Previous experience in Housing / Infrastructure / Real State/ Hotels/ Smart Home is highly preferred. Valid driving license (if required for site visits and client meetings).
