Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Chocolatier to join our team in Al Taif, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on producing high-quality chocolate products, developing new flavors, and maintaining excellent quality and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce a variety of chocolate items including truffles, bars, and specialty products.
- Develop and test new recipes and flavor combinations.
- Ensure compliance with quality control and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Manage inventory and support smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chocolatier or Chocolate Chef.
- Knowledge of chocolate production techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
