Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in Project Management, PMO, or Strategy Execution roles.
- Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, project governance, and project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall / Agile).
- Proven ability to manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in developing PMO policies, procedures, templates, and reporting structures.
- Ability to track project KPIs, risks, timelines, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Primavera).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Preference for experience in industrial, energy, or services sectors (optional based on your need).
