  • Oversees the dining room service to ensure an exceptional guest experience

  • Supervising, directing, and coordinating all server's tasks and managing the overall dining room staff as well as monitoring their work to ensure that they meet the highest quality standards.

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they receive attentive, high-quality service throughout their dining experience

  • Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally

  • Maintain expert knowledge of the menu, specials, and allergens to provide accurate recommendations

  • Allocate tasks and table sections to ensure smooth operations

  • Assist with training new staff in service standards, procedures, and customer service

  • Ensure dining room setup, cleanliness, and presentation meet company standards

  • Monitor food and beverage delivery for accuracy, timing, and presentation

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain efficient workflow

  • Oversee table turnover and room flow during busy periods

  • Support compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Skills


  • Associate Degree Two (2) years' Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management or Hospitality

  • Minimum two (2) years' experience as a head waiter.

  • Good English communication (speaking and writing).

  • Age between 25-40 years.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.

  • Professional appearance.
