- Administer, operate, and maintain company servers (Windows / Linux) ensuring stability and high performance.
- Manage Active Directory, including user creation, permissions, group policies, and security configurations.
- Monitor system and server performance regularly and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement and manage backup and recovery systems to ensure data protection and business continuity.
- Apply and maintain cybersecurity policies and perform regular patch updates.
- Manage corporate email systems (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Exchange).
- Configure and maintain core network services such as DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
- Oversee user access controls and file permissions in line with company security policies.
- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrade projects and system enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and regular system health reports.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal users regarding system-related issues.
- Monitor antivirus systems and firewalls in coordination with the cybersecurity team.
- Perform data restoration and testing as part of business continuity planning.
- Collaborate with network and development teams to ensure system compatibility and integration.
- Contribute to improving overall IT infrastructure performance through automation and optimization solutions.
Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in system administration (Windows/Linux environments).
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with backup systems, firewalls, and email management.
- Good understanding of security policies, patching, and system monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.

- MCSA / MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
- RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer)
- CompTIA Server+ / Network+ / Security+
- Azure Administrator Associate or AWS SysOps Administrator
