KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES :
- Provides end user technical support to the organization’s employees and outsourced contractors.
- Installs, configures, and troubleshoots all club related IT systems.
- Configures and resolves issues with hardware, conducts minor repairs where possible, and coordinates with hardware vendors and follow-up as required to coordinate maintenance and repair requirements.
- Connects and configures all IT Infrastructure devices to provide connectivity for end users and systems at Armah clubs.
- IT Infrastructure Management
- Liaises with telecommunications and data providers to acquire and install the necessary connections required to ensure stable and secure operation at Armah clubs.
- Assists in the maintenance of specialized server software (i.e., center management systems, smart lockers system, telephone systems, electronic devices, access control, etc.), as needed.
- Investigate, attend, and report user complaints in compliance with the Armah IT policies and procedures.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Test and evaluate new technologies.
- Ensure effective utilization and preserve the IT assets.
Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating system and office productivity products required.
- Microsoft/Cisco professional certification an advantage.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Education / Certifications
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering required or 2-year vocational degree with relevant experience.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification advantageous
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) advantageous ITILv4
4 – 6 years experience in a technical support role
