We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. You will work closely with kitchen staff and management to deliver high-quality service and maintain the restaurant’s standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer interactions. Candidates must have prior experience in a reputable and prestigious hotel to ensure they meet our high service standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Take and process customer orders accurately, offering menu recommendations and answering any questions about food and beverages.
  3. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all items are presented attractively and meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
  4. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
  7. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to the restaurant's policies.
  8. Assist in training new staff members and providing guidance on service standards and procedures.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of restaurant operations.
  10. Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and promotions to provide guests with accurate information.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, specifically in a reputable and prestigious hotel.
  2. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  3. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  5. Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service and maintaining cleanliness.
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  8. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
