  • BS Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in smelting environment (mining, smelter, steel,etc) is prefered
  • Strong understanding of mechanical integrity programs and best practices
  • Experience with rotating equipment, hydraulic and material handling 
  • Excellent problem solving skills and root cause analysis
  • The candidate is preferred to have P.E. 
  • Has experience in reliability methodologies (RCA, FMEA,PdM)
  • knowledge of relevant standards such as ASME,API, ANSI, etc
