Role:

To ensure a world-class visitor experience by supporting daily operations, guest interactions, and service delivery across Corallium facilities. The role is responsible for maintaining smooth visitor flow, addressing inquiries or issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with safety and service standards during assigned shifts.

The Specialist represents Corallium’s hospitality values and contributes to the reputation of the destination by providing warm, professional, and culturally inclusive service. The position also assists in operational coordination, reporting, and communication between teams to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests courteously and provide accurate information about facilities, programs, and activities

Monitor visitor flow, queue management, and facility readiness throughout the day.

Coordinate with reception, ticketing, and operations teams to resolve any guest-related issues efficiently.

Ensure all areas meet cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.

Support the implementation of special events, group visits, and promotional activities as required.

Report incidents, feedback, or maintenance needs promptly to supervisors.

Contribute to training new staff in service procedures and guest engagement techniques.

Maintain accurate shift logs and visitor statistics.
