Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated “Estimation Engineer – Civil” to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing tender proposals, and providing technical support to our clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

*Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine project requirements,

*Conducting site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary information,

*Preparing accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment required for the project,

*Develop detailed tender proposals and pricing documents that meet the client's requirements,

*Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information and quotes,

*Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure that project requirements are met,

*Providing technical support to the clients throughout the project lifecycle,

*Continuously improving and refining the estimation and tendering process.

Skills

Skills:

*Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,

*At least 3 years of experience in estimation and tendering for infrastructure projects,

*Saudi National 

*Fluent in English

*Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment,

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team,

*Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation software,

*Preferably Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project software,

* ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
