Warehouse manager

1.Responsible for formulating and implementing logistics operation strategies to ensure efficient, safe and on-time logistics operations;

2.Manage and coach team members to ensure efficient team operation and achieve performance targets;

3.Responsible for the daily management of warehousing, including inventory management, capacity management, and operation quality management;

4.Responsible for coordinating and communicating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain;

5.Analyse and optimise the logistics operation process to improve operation efficiency and operation quality;

6.Responsible for warehouse and transport cost management, develop mechanism to improve logistics operation efficiency;

7.Responsible for team building, talent echelon construction and other selection, education, encouragement and elimination management.
