Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and visit potential clients (sellers) to present Thameen’s benefits and onboard them onto the platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets by showcasing the value of our platform.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, including client feedback and progress updates.
- Shadow and follow a structured sales process to build expertise.
- Conduct presentations and leverage tools to showcase Thameen’s offerings effectively.
Skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Entry to mid-level (0–3 years); training will be provided.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred. Proven industry experience may substitute for a degree.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Charismatic and confident in client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of the luxury goods or e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Languages: Native Arabic speaker with strong English reading and writing skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM / Monday.com Sales CRM is a bonus (training will be provided).
