Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an Operational Excellence Manager to be based in KSA.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop strategies for the process improvement department to improve efficiency, reduce material usage variance, and optimize processes throughout the organization.
- Provide leadership and training in process improvement to all departments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with departments to plan and execute key process improvement projects.
- Lead the team in achieving annual targets.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities related to operational excellence initiatives.
- Support project team for local and international projects.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Open to candidates willing to relocate to KSA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in a leadership role within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Knowledge of current GMPs and change management
- Knowledge of SFDA, ICH, FDA, and EU regulations and requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
