Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive HSE Manager to lead and manage health, safety, and environmental operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have not below 15 years of experience in HSE management, with a proven ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE practices into daily operations.
• Prepare and submit HSE reports and documentation to management and regulatory authorities.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response initiatives.
• Promote a culture of safety excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Not below 15 years of experience in HSE management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Certified in relevant HSE qualifications.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Bilingual, English and Arabic (Arabic is an advantage)
