We are seeking a proactive and experienced Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize our logistic operations in Riyadh.
Delivery manager provides support for ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products, managing a team of drivers and delivery staff (outsourcing), and implementing strategies to improve overall delivery processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily delivery operations in Riyadh, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers
- Supervise and lead a team of drivers and delivery staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and reduce delivery times.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of delivery orders.
- Monitor delivery performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall delivery operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to address customer inquiries, resolve delivery issues, and ensure a seamless delivery experience.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies and solutions to streamline delivery processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
