Delmon SAP Services is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with proven experience integrating SAP FICO with SAP PS (Project Systems). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions to streamline financial and project-related processes.


Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO with strong functional knowledge of FI & CO modules.
  • Hands-on experience integrating SAP FICO with SAP PS.
  • Expertise in Project Costing, Settlement, and Revenue Recognition within SAP PS.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting processes, including Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cost Control.
  • Experience with S/4HANA
  • Proficient in preparing Functional Specs for custom developments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SAP FICO Implementation & Configuration:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Configure FI submodules: GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting.
  • Configure CO submodules: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Product Costing.
  1. SAP PS Integration:
  • Integrate SAP FICO with SAP PS to enable seamless project cost and financial management.
  • Configure WBS elements, Network Costing, Settlement, and Revenue Recognition in SAP PS.
  • Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking across project systems.
  1. Business Process Analysis:
  • Analyze and optimize financial processes to meet organizational objectives.
  • Identify gaps and recommend solutions to enhance performance.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with PS, MM, SD, and other SAP module teams to resolve integration issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  1. Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  1. Documentation & Training:
  • Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and end-user documentation.
  • Train business users on SAP processes and system functionalities.
