The Personal Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting executives and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the IT Services sector. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently, allowing executives to focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all administrative functions are executed flawlessly. The Personal Assistant will serve as a gatekeeper, managing communications and scheduling while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  4. Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences.
  5. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  6. Assist in project management tasks, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  7. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  8. Maintain an organized filing system for important documents.
  9. Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve office processes and efficiency.

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
