- Supervise administrative and government related activities in order to facilitate Company’ staff government and support related requirements
- Administer contracts with service providers and manage relationships with external providers such as cleaning, maintenance, security, etc., and continuously evaluate their performance and quality of services to ensure meeting Company’ administrative needs
- Supervise the purchasing, leasing, maintenance and disposal of business vehicles to ensure proper utilization of The company’ business vehicles as per established policy
- Manage maintenance claims and their timely closing, while maintaining adequate resolution to all the claims
- Ensure all departments have the necessary furniture, required equipment, and office supplies to function effectively
- Identify new premises options and evaluate their suitability in accordance to set requirements and standards
- Recommend improvements to the Admin department’s policies and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity
- Ensure relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Identify, assess and recruit key talent for the Admin department
- Manage and assist subordinates to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
- Guide, mentor and develop the Admin department’s team as part of their continuous development
- Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance
- Promote a high-performance working environment within the Admin department
