Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly educated Project Manager to join our team, specializing in construction management for cold storage and warehouse facilities. This role requires a skilled negotiator who will lead client interactions, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction industry, particularly in projects involving cold storage and warehouses, and will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects for cold storage and warehouse facilities, from planning to completion.

• Lead negotiations with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met.

• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project objectives.

• Conduct regular site visits and quality assessments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Prepare and present detailed weekly reports on project status, including progress updates, budget tracking, and any issues or risks to senior management and clients.

• Lead project meetings, providing updates and facilitating communication among all stakeholders.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, specifically with cold storage or warehouse facilities.

• Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

• Professional expertise in preparing and delivering comprehensive weekly reports.

• Knowledge of construction standards and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
