Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our marketing and sales efforts. This role involves strategizing, executing, and managing initiatives to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand market reach.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue goals.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage content creation, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop and manage the department budget to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with senior management to set goals and report progress.

Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing principles.
