  • Project Oversight:

Supervise large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with budget, quality, and safety standards.

  • Operational Efficiency:

Optimize resources, manage operational costs, and ensure the highest standards of performance across all departments.

  • Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and industry standards, with a focus on mitigating risks and maintaining company's reputation.

  • Team Development:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of responsibility, accountability, and excellence

Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry
  • least 5 years in a leadership role, overseeing the establishment and management of construction companies.
  • Strong understanding of the construction market, particularly in Saudi Arabia
  • Knowledge of local regulations, market dynamics, and industry standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. An MBA or a similar advanced degree is preferred.
