Job Responsibilities:
- Implement health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures
- Monitor compliance with HSE regulations
- Prepare and conduct HSE training sessions
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
- Excellent knowledge of HSE standards and legislation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, GCC experience - 4+ years in a similar role
- Experience in conducting HSE audits and inspections
- Ability to develop and implement HSE management systems
