Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Attraction:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Create job postings that are engaging and targeted to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by nurturing relationships with potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Manage candidate expectations and provide support throughout the interview and offer stages.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and talent selection.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and setting hiring criteria.

Offer Management:

  • Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary packages, and handle any pre-employment documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire, source of hire).

Employer Branding and Networking:

  • Promote the organization's employer brand by participating in job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Leverage social media and professional networks to engage with prospective candidates.


Skills


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • 4-2 Years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
