Branch Accountant

We are hiring a Branch Accountant in Riyadh, . The main tasks include managing customer accounts, balance confirmations, invoicing, lease agreements, rent, damages, limousine services, violations, accidents, miscellaneous items, credit notes, receipts (cash, card, transfer, cheque), and banking operations (including petty cash).


. The Branch Accountant will work closely with the management team to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate financial records for the branch, including accounts payable and receivable.
  2. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports to assist management in decision-making.
  3. Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the branch.
  5. Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.
  6. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
  7. Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
  9. Provide financial analysis and support for special projects as needed.
  10. Assist in training and mentoring junior accounting staff.

  4. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  8. Knowledge of automotive industry accounting practices is a plus.
  9. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CMA) is preferred but not required.
