ROLE OVERVIEW

NEOM is looking to hire highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support one of our CEOs. This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. The ideal candidate has a knack for problem-solving and can juggle multiple priorities at once. As a vital member of the team, the successful candidate will be adaptable, discreet, and possess exceptional multitasking.

 

As well as looking after the CEO you will also working with other Senior Members of the team.

 

This role will be based in Riyadh.

 

 

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES

The Executive Assistant responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

 

  • Optimize executive productivity by managing complex calendars including changes at short notice, scheduling key meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements to ensure efficient time management.
  • Take initiative to look ahead and anticipate diary blocks; liaise appropriate with stakeholders to ensure productive allocation of CEO time
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building relationships though handling inquiries and communications with professionalism, speed, quality.
  • Support the CEO and his team with creation of presentations
  • Coordination of tasks such as interviews, onboarding meetings for new joiners, offsite logistics.
  • Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to collect and distribute information
  • Meet and greet external guests and provide an excellent guest experience.
  • Organize company meetings, events and logistics for offsites.
  • Manage the PO/PR review process and manage aged PO/PRs in the system

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

Culture is key and we are looking for someone who is a team player with a growth mindset that enjoys working in a high performing collaborative team. You will need to be a self-starter who is able to deal with complexity and ambiguity, and who has a strong drive to deliver.

 

You will ideally have experience in large financial services institutions or similar, who enjoys engaging with a range of stakeholders and thrives on being part of a hands-on team.

 

 

  • At least 10 years proven experience as an executive assistant to Senior Executives
  • Previous experience working in and with a global team is essential
  • Proactive and forward-planning mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organize daily tasks and work under pressure.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information.
  • Problem-solving skills with decisive judgement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite and other office management tools.
  • Strong English language skills, Arabic is a plus
