Develop and execute the Advisory strategy both within the organization and for external clients.Oversee the consulting division within Advisory, enhancing service offerings and ensuring their alignment with market demands.Strengthen the company's market position and elevate its reputation by refining service offerings and cultivating strong customer relationships.Lead the recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives for the team, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to build a robust consulting pipeline, activating pre-sales teams to drive business development and increase market share.

Over 10 years of experience in technology, in the Cyber Security domain.At least 5 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles within a multinational consulting firm.Proven leadership experience, including building and managing consulting teams and driving business development initiatives.
