Requirements of the Director of Nursing:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • At least 15 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a nursing leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, manage complex healthcare operations, and implement high standards of patient care.
  • Strong strategic vision for nursing services and an ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Respect for local customs, traditions, and laws.
  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and complete the necessary compliance and onboarding processes.
  • Valid Saudi Council & Licensed from Country of origin.
