Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote PVC products in the market.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, while actively prospecting new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and product expertise to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth within the PVC industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns and support sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance company presence and brand recognition.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions for senior management.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of PVC products and the PVC industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Desired Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the PVC or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in developing and delivering technical presentations to various audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
