Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees
- Manage office supplies and order as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Handle any other duties as assigned by management
Skills
