In this role, you will uncover, identify and recruit top-notch cabin crew talent who can make flying a dream come true. You will conduct interviews and assessments to ensure our recruits meet the company standards - think charm, grace, and a genuine love for customer service with an impeccable attention to detail. Moreover, you will attend career fairs, host recruitment days, and engage with global talent wherever they may be. We’re talking sharp outfits, winning smiles, and the ability to spot a future cabin crew star just by the way they walk into the room!

About You

You have a passion for aviation and at least 2 years of experience in recruiting Cabin Crew. Ideally, you would have also previously walked the aisles at 30,000 feet as a former Crew member
