Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Document Controller for a prominent position in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential in overseeing the organization and management of all project documents, ensuring that they are easily accessible and accurately maintained. You will collaborate closely with project teams to facilitate an efficient document workflow that adheres to company standards and industry regulations.
Key Accountabilities
- Create, upload, and maintain document libraries within SharePoint, ensuring proper organization and metadata tagging
- Set up SharePoint permissions and workflows for document access and approval processes
- Manage user access and permissions within SharePoint, adhering to security protocols
- Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and escalate problems to IT as needed
- Assist users with navigating and utilizing SharePoint functionalities for document management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in document control or administrative role
- Proven experience in using SharePoint and Aconex document management platforms
- Strong understanding of document management principles and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent knowledge of filing systems and document organization techniques
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
