As an Office Services Assistant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the office is fully equipped, cleaned and maintained throughout the day.
In this role, you will:
- Secure and organise materials and household supply cabinets
- Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and washrooms
- Sweep, mop, and buff hardwood floors as required
- Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture
- Dust and polish various surfaces
- Restock washrooms with supplies. Empty trash bins
- Keep track of the cleaning schedule
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Weekly cleaning of the whole office
- Monthly deep cleaning of the office
Requirements
Qualifications
● Basic English Skills
Experience
● Minimum 2 years
● Familiarity with weekly and monthly checklists
